Rainy day in at King Harbor

Boy did it rain today!! Thought I was in Vancouver for all the rain and chilly too. Steve went with Neil to get parts for the boat (muffler is now here) and me and the kids hung around here. I scrapbooked all afternoon - good thing too cause I'm way behind. Here are some photos of the boat at the marina in the rain.

Movie day too, nice just to hang out. The kids are doing school work (math and spanish) Can't believe tomorrow is the first day of December. Where has the time gone?

We don't have rain...oddly enough, just super cold and expecting snow tomorrow late in the afternoon. Supposed to have candles in the ready as there will be high winds too! We just watched a movie tonight and will be getting all of our running around done early tomorrow, putting up the outdoor lights and then (hopefully) just watching it snow!! Will be thinking of you and "snow angels"!

PS for Kyle...I prefer to use the regular, easily understood language, I hope you can understand my "lingo"!!

Good morning all,
I was out the door at 3:20am and there was a light dusting of snow so made it to work before the expected "dump"..lol. It's good that you have a little rain...don't want you getting too used to the fabulous sunshine..lol
Love always,
Auntie Sandy

Just that crazy Southern Cali weather. I woke up this morning to read about the rain in the paper. Flash flood warnings, evacuations, yuck. Torrential rain like that on all that fire cleared ground is nasty.

We could use a little of that rain up here. We're still waiting for snow on our ski hills. November was unseasonably dry - just a few sprinkles here and there. Not good.

Bet you're glad you weren't in Disneyland yesterday!

So share some of that rain, will ya?

Hello Tremblays!!

Sitting at work ..waiting for the big dump of snow. It has been snowing but nothing sticking downtown here yet. Going to head out shopping in a bit and then I have to go home to get ready for our staff Christmas dinner...worked out well for me as they are having it at the Boathouse at the beach so just down the street from me. Supposed to get 10-15cm of snow tonight!! A little excited about that! Anyway, Dad popped in with his new girlfriend last night as they were headed to a concert at GM Place so just a short visit but was nice. gotta run...love and miss you all!!

Hey there, Tremblay crew!!!
Betcha I'm the first one up again today...lol. There was a BUNCH of snow and I was so grateful for my early morning start time because some parts in the way in were really slippery and I did a bit of fish-tailing but not a car in sight. That's odd, don't you think? I mean, isn't EVERYONE up at 3:15am??
Have a great day....hope the weather has improved for you.
Big hugs and so much love to you all.
Auntie Sandy
